Fantastic Creatures
Creatures roam this world with us
Seen and unseen we walk side by side
If we only open out eyes theirs are looking back
Fire in their eyes and white feathers in their wings
Abraxan mighty flying horse worthy of a giant
Strong and stubborn, noble and proud
And what about those haughty hippogriffs?
Eagle and horse, dangerous and wild
Wings spread out in a glorious display
Acromantulas creep on eight furry legs
Pincers clicking rhythmically in hostile hunger
Eyes staring from deep forest and dark abodes
What’s that I see before mine eyes?
A chimaera with his lion head and dragon tail
Docile goat’s body, but do not let it fool you
But my favorites are the majesties in flight
Scorching creation with fire steaming
Brought upon the stretched wings of dragons
Those dark, frightful beasts, so magnificent
