Get Together (Hogwarts)
A beach ball bounce
Picnic table spread,
The dogs were out to chase
But we set the table instead.
By the hands who prepared
And further strained to set
An event for the family
And friends too, maybe,
A feast is planned
And everyone speaks happily
Of reminiscences
And the little ones play with me.
Horse shoes fly
While youngin’s stand by.
The dinner, Papa makes
It will soon be for the take.
Skies are blue above
And the breeze is warm and light.
No one stands a chance against
Johnny when he thumb fights.
The atmosphere’s just right
And affection’s shown everywhere.
My family has come together,
And I am lucky to be there.
